School Holiday Activities
SoLO runs a variety of School Holiday Schemes, tailored for different age groups and abilities…
- Giving children aged 8 to 12 with moderate learning disabilities the chance to join us on activity days during school holidays. These run during half-term, Easter and Summer holidays. The activity days include youth centre based activities as well as trips out.
For young people aged 13 to 24 with moderate to severe learning disabilities, this scheme runs activity days during the Easter and Summer holidays, both centre-based and fun trips out.
For children aged 6 to 12 with a wide range of disabilities, Inclusive Play supports young people in enjoying open access free play at various outdoor venues across the Solihull area, during both the Easter and Summer holidays. Much fun is had on parks and adventure play areas!
For children aged *4 to 18 with profound and multiple disabilities, the Specialist Holiday Playscheme is based at a special needs school in the Solihull area.
