If you are a young person aged 16+, need additional support and want to know what options there might be for your future, then the Transition Event is not to be missed!
Solihull’s Renewal Centre will play host to more than 50 organisations who will be in friendly competition with each other to see how inter-active and vibrant their stall can be – nothing boring is allowed!
There will be lots of fun activities and a variety of workshops on offer including:
- wills and trusts
- individualised budgets
- benefits
- employment and training
- understanding autism
Organisations will be grouped into Zones to make it easier to find them, so look out for:
- information advice and support
- health and social care
- employment and training
- sports and leisure
- housing options
- finance
- colleges
- travel and transport
